Become a VIP member for free!

That's right, from now on you can become a VIP member without paying - even though the price is already the cheapest on the market.
Read the following carefully before proceeding.

So how can I become VIP for free ?

First off, this perk is intended for active members. But let's define what an "active member" is:
An active member is a member that regularly browses Penpal-Gate and takes advantage of its different features.
A system will automatically detect active members and have their account switched to VIP.
Various criteria are taken inthostmonsterppg_o account to consider members as active members. This criteria and their values won't be exposed in order to avoid members who will work furiously at
filling the different quotas introduced, and therefore having Penpal-Gate's global quality deteriorated .

Just naturally and regularly keep taking advantage of the different features of the site, and you'll have your account switched to VIP after a few days.

An extra procedure is mandatory though; you have to help in promoting Penpal-Gate by linking to us (this is the tiny effort you'll have to make to not pay for being VIP ) :
- If you own a site or blog that you actually update (not some secluded brand new site), you can put the following code on your page(s):
<a href="http://www.penpal-gate.net" title="Language exchange, penpals - penfriends">Penpal-Gate</a>
- If you don't own a site then just post on some forums about languages or penpals, a link to http://www.penpal-gate.net and a short description of what the site is

Note: links have to be permanent and not be removed after a while. At least one link only is necessary per member.
If you link to us more than twice, you will increase your chance to become a VIP more quickly.

Once you've done this, let us know about where the link you wrote is by replying to this topic and mentioning at what URL it's placed (so we can verify).

You can still upgrade your account to VIP without bothering with anything, by dialing/texting a special number* or by sending us $2 through Paypal (secure payment via an account if you own one, or a credit card).
